EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 In 2004 Toby founded 3Fox International, the media and events company which works with local authorities and their private sector partners to support development and regeneration programmes. In partnership with Ealing Council, Toby established the innovative Sitematch programme, which introduces public sector landowners to developers. He also leads 3Fox consultancy projects, including training programmes and placemaking for major regeneration schemes. Before 3Fox, Toby co-founded a publishing business, having previously spent eight years as a journalist on trade publications in the computing, airport retail and luxury goods sectors. A major highlight of Toby's 13th year at 3Fox was his successful completion of the Broadgate Estates Cycle to MIPIM event, which he completed again in 2018.

EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Paul has developed his pivotal role at 3Fox since 2007, and was promoted to his current role in June 2019. He has established and led the business development team, which supports local authorities in marketing their regeneration programmes to investors and developers. Paul began in media sales in 1999 − his experience includes three years at Profile Pursuit, working on Zee Magazine and various football club titles; two years at Ethnic Media Group on weekly special interest national newspapers including New Nation and Eastern Eye, as well as the Asian Business Awards, and three years on financial titles at Hillgate Publishing, founded by VNU directors.
Senior business development manager
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Shelley joined 3Fox International in 2006, having worked in sales, marketing and conference production roles at media companies including Incisive Media and Euromoney. After launching the 3Fox events business, Shelley has worked on various local authority marketing initiatives since 2011 as business development manager and works with a number of London boroughs. Shelley is a keen cyclist and, with 3Fox colleagues, have completed several charity fund-raising sportives. However, cycling along with other interests including DJing, playing the piano and live music / festivals have recently taken a back seat to running around after her two year-old son. A keen gardener, Shelley also runs a London windowbox delivery company.
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Chris was promoted to his current role after a successful two years as production assistant, working on editorial and production related tasks. He contributes to the creative development of 3Fox titles and runs the editorial team’s picture desk, sourcing the best images — or devising fresh ideas when high quality pictures cannot be found. Chris is responsible for liaising with printers to ensure the smooth running of our busy magazine schedule and particularly enjoys layout and visual related jobs. Having graduated from Staffordshire University with a degree in animation, Chris enjoys comics and graphic novels in his spare time, and is in the process of creating his own series which can be read here.
Office and projects manager
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Sue has managed four 3Fox office moves, each more complex than the one before. The move to significantly larger offices in Croydon has entailed Sue's management of a full fit-out in newly refurbished premises. The company's office manager since 2006, Sue was promoted in 2015 to add project management to her varied role. She develops company policies and her responsibilities include HR and accounts. Sue is an invaluable sounding board and signpost – clients and colleagues alike find that her extensive knowledge of 3Fox means issues get resolved before they turn into problems. Previously she has held numerous senior office administration roles in the UK and Australia. Outside of work, Sue is a devoted mum and thoroughly committed bare-footed hedonist.
EMAIL Simon is responsible for the 3Fox database, which numbers around 40,000 property industry professionals – investors, landowners, architects, planning consultants, developers, commercial and residential agents, as well as senior politicians and executives across the public sector, in local and regional authorities and central government departments. Simon deals with online and hard copy requests for subscriptions to 3Fox titles and the Sitematch programme; he also compiles mailing lists and updates company and contact details. Having joined 3Fox in 2009, Simon previously undertook data entry and database roles at Crimestoppers Trust, Transport for London and the Red Cross. Simon's interests include films, books, comics and video games, especially from the science fiction genre. He’s also part of the huge community of AFOLs – adult fans of Lego – and builds increasingly complicated sets of advanced models, often on science fiction themes.
EMAILWEBSITE Ellie joined the 3Fox events team in September 2019. She graduated from the University of Kent in 2017 with a degree in Drama and Theatre. Since leaving university, she has gained experience in sales and project management. She has a passion for acting and singing, and makes regular trips to the West End to catch the latest theatre. She is also part of a local theatre company where she performs plays regularly to an audience of 200 people. Ellie also has a love for the fashion industry and has a few years' of experience working backstage at LFW for many top designers.
Head of events
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Natasha was promoted to her current role in May 2016, following the continuing growth of the events side of the business. She has organised the packed 3Fox programme at MIPIM 2016, supporting delegations and running events for the company's council partners at the global property show in Cannes. Since joining 3Fox in 2012, Natasha has worked on numerous Sitematch events and ran the Scape 2015 conference in Liverpool. Throughout the year, Natasha organises magazine launches and networking occasions. Her social life mirrors work, as Natasha loves organising themed parties – from Gatsby and Come Dine with Me to 90s pop.
Business development executive
EMAIL Jake joined 3Fox in August 2017 as part of the company's business development team. His work involves delegate sales for flagship events, such as Sitematch and the Thames Estuary Growth Day. He graduated from the University of East Anglia with a degree in Film and English in 2015 and has since turned his attention to a number of different roles. Following his film degree, Jake worked as both an in-house and production runner, before moving on to hone his sales skills. Work in various sales positions, including face to face and telephone based, have expanded on these skills. As well as his passion for film, Jake is also a keen sportsman, representing his university at rugby and currently playing for his local club. He also loves extreme sports, having learned to snowboard and ski from an early age.
EMAIL James has been a keen enthusiast of technology since learning BBC Basic in the 1980s. He has been developing websites professionally since 1999. He enjoys the broad range of disciplines required to bring design work to the largest possible audience.
Deputy editor of Insurance Times and former deputy editor of Local Government Chronicle, David is an award-winning writer and contributor to a number of publications on finance, property and other business matters.
Experienced architecture and design journalist who has contributed to numerous specialist titles including Building Design, RIBA Journal, Grand Designs Magazine, OnOffice, FX and Blueprint as well as mainstream national newspapers and magazines. She has also worked as a freelance project and copy editor for several leading book publishers.
Business feature writer for Property Week; PR copywriter for the Homes and Communities Agency and the Gloucester Heritage URC; consumer journalist for a number of women's and celebrity magazines.
Researched and written on several business subjects, including regeneration, housing and retailing, for over 30 years for Corporate Intelligence, FT Business and the Economist Intelligence Unit among many others.

Former editor of monthly consumer title Build It magazine, now writing and researching for several publications on architecture, home improvement, self-build and regeneration.
After working on a French property title, Kirsty joined 3Fox International as deputy editor in 2006 and was promoted to the role of executive editor in September 2008. During this period, Kirsty launched six magazines, including Ealing in London and R:UK, both of which continue to be published, with the latter recently having been relaunched as Reading:UK. She also worked on 26 issues of 3Fox titles, including Medway1, Renaissance (for Newcastle), and Perspective, the Derby magazine. Kirsty stayed with 3Fox until 2010 and she is now a regular contributor of feature articles on a freelance basis.

Noella Pio Kivlehan
A mainstay of Estates Gazette, Noella has worked on the property bible since 2001. She is editor of two sections of the magazine: the sector Focus reports, which cover retail, leisure, industrial, green, technology, healthcare, public sector, auctions and residential; and the careers/lifestyle section called EG Life. She produces a retail supplement four times a year, which is gaining a reputation as a must read for the retail sector. Noella is also a regular contributor of features to 3Fox titles.
EMAIL Freelance journalist Lucy Purdy writes for a range of titles, which include Guardian Sustainable Business, New Statesman and New Internationalist and is associate editor at constructive journalism magazine Positive News. She specialises in writing about the environment, nature connection and positive social change. She began writing for 3Fox in 2011 and has since edited several titles including Medway1 magazine, Ealing in London, Connect Wakefield and Invest Waltham Forest. She was nominated for Feature Writer of the Year and Campaign Writer of the Year at the NUJ 2010 Regional Press Awards before turning freelance in 2011.
Oswin is an associate lecturer at Central St Martins and has broad experience as a graphic designer (clients include Labour Party, US Democratic Party, Howl Agency and UsTwo digital design agency).
